董事长:陈永兴
男,汉族,1967年11月出生,中国国籍,现任开云球赛(中国)股份有限公司董事长。陈永兴荣获2005-2006年度“安吉骄傲”人物，2006年五好企业家，2007年十佳农业创新创业带头人，2010年中国地板行业辉煌十五年卓越成就奖， 2013年国家科学技术进步奖，2013年湖州市船业英雄提名奖，2015年第六届“科技小巨人”称号，2020年绿色领袖企业家称号。其社会职务包括安吉县政协常委、安吉县竹产业协会会长、安吉县工商联副主席、中国国际商会湖州商会第三届副会长，中国林产工业协会竹林专业委员会常务理事、2022年获中国地板新时代发展领军人物等。在20多年的艰苦创业过程中，陈永兴主动接受先进的生产管理技术和工具,积极推进自主创新，坚持走可持续发展的生产方式,在节能减排、低碳经济、绿色建材、环保方面取得显著成绩。公司是一家专业研发、生产与销售竹制品和现代高新材料制品的现代化企业。

浙江永裕家居股份有限公司专业技术人员200多人，每年研发新产品达200个以上。与南京林业大学、浙江林学院、浙江农林大学、浙江农业科学研究院、浙江理工大学成立五大产学研联盟。研发中心成功开发了“马赛克”竹地板、竹木复合地板耐热竹地板、竹炭环保地板、户外硅化板、SPC 石晶地板、LSPC地板、VSPC地板等多种新产品, 拥有专利96项，起草了3项国家标准、2项行业标准、5项团体标准。

国际贸易中心实现将产品远销50多个国家和地区，与SHAW、HOME DEPOT、FLOOR AND DECOR、CALI等外国大型企业达成合作关系。近五年来国际贸易中心地板出口量近5000万平方米。在全球疫情影响下2021年地板出口量是2017年的5倍。国际贸易中心发扬了永裕家居的“钉子精神”，在海外树立了永裕家居的良好形象，奠定了永裕品牌声望。

Domestic marketing
国内营销中心仅2021年打通全国十三个城市，包括天津、成都、上海、郑州、苏州、嘉兴、泰州、保定、雄安新区、广州、珠海、绍兴、舟山、太仓、南京、成都、宁波。自2017年国内营销中心成立至今，遵从“点—线—面”的发展方式，将国内市场串联起来。
